Private Party Rental Information

Renters of the facilities and ground are required to help care for the Center by fully abiding by the DCC Rules and Regulations.

Entire Building events ending between 9pm - 1am $700/day

This rental includes access to our Gymnasium, Stage, Kitchen, Dining room, Restrooms, Water fountain and BBQ pit.

Entire Building events ending before 9pm $400/day

This rental includes access to our Gymnasium, Stage, Kitchen, Dining room, Restrooms, Water fountain and BBQ pit.

Entire Building for 3 hours or less (incl. event set up) $125

This rental includes access to our Gymnasium, Stage, Kitchen, Dining room, Restrooms, Water fountain and BBQ pit.

Gym Only     $500/day*

This rental includes access to our Gymnasium, Stage, Restrooms and Water fountain.

Kitchen Only $200/day*

This rental includes access to our Kitchen, Dining room, Restrooms, Water fountain and BBQ pit.

All rentals include access to 29 standard tables and 100 folding chairs.

*If not renting the entire building, it is possible other parts of the building may be rented at the same time.  Common areas, i.e. restrooms, water fountains, must be shared.

Previewing the Dale Community Center

We’re delighted you’re considering the Dale Community Center for your event! You can preview most of our facility during regularly scheduled public program events—no appointment needed. If you’d prefer a private tour, we’re happy to arrange an appointment at your convenience.

Please note: If an appointment to preview the facility is canceled or if the attendee arrives more than 15 minutes late, the Dale Community Center reserves the right to decline rental requests from that party.

Reservations and Deposit

In order to secure a reservation for the facilities and the grounds, the following must be submitted to DCC Leasing Agent (see below) 1) $800 deposit with a completed rental application, 2) Credit Card (if no Credit Card is available, a $1000 deposit is required) and 3) a current government issued Photo ID.  The deposit may be rolled over for a future rental or will be reimbursed 10 days after the event if DCC Rules and Regulations were abided by and no damage, theft or loss occurred.

Rental Fee

The rental fee is due when the facility is opened for the event.  Please make checks payable to Dale Community Center.

No Show Fee

Failure to cancel a reservation within 7 days of reservation will result in a No Show Fee of $400 to be withheld from deposit.
